Lavender Bath Salts
Supplies needed to make:
- 8 oz wide mouth mason jar
- 1 cup Epsom salts
- 10 drops lavender essential oil
Steps to make:
- Place 1 cup Epsom salts into glass bowl.
- Add 10 drops of lavender essential oil.
- Place in 8 oz wide mouth mason jar.
- Affix decorative ribbon and label with directions to add ½ cup to warm bath water for relaxation.

Stress Away Roll-On
Supplied needed to make:
- 5 ml glass bottle (cost FREE if you use an empty YL bottle)
- 1 aroma glide roller ball from Young Living (cost $1.00)
- 5 ml olive oil (cost $0.50)
- 5 ml or 40 drops stress away (cost $4.95)
Steps to make:
- Place 40 drops stress away essential oil into glass bottle
- Add 2.5 mls olive oil to fill the bottle
- Cover with aroma glide roller ball and cap
- Affix ribbon or label with directions to apply to back of neck and wrists as needed for occasional stress.
Fresh Linen Spray
Supplies needed to make:
- 4 oz glass spray bottle
- 3 oz water (cost FREE)
- 1 oz witch hazel (cost $0.50)
- 20 drops lemon essential oil (cost $0.90)
Steps to make:
- Pour water into glass bottle.
