Deployment

Deployment can feel pretty scary for a lot of reasons. The dates frequently change, you don't know much--if anything--about the mission, and then their's your relationship with your service member. Will it change?  Is it strong enough?  Will you still fight over the remote?  Well, in a word...yes. Your relationship will change, it is strong enough, and of course, you will probably still fight over the remote when your service member returns home. I encourage you to curl into a comfortable chair and hang around a bit. We have a plethora of authentic (and funny) military spouse stories about deployment, as well as actionable tips to help you thrive through it all.

I’m more confident. I now have tools in my belt to work through things, instead of feeling helpless. I loved the videos…hearing Lauren’s side of it and her personal experience using the tools she gave us. THANK YOU! Lauren, you have put my mind at ease to know that there are tools out there and ways to get through this!
